TERMS OF SERVICE
Please be informed that our Crew shall have a lunch break for 1 hour when performing 8 hours of cleaning continuously. The extra time taken for rest will be added to the total working hours.
For unoccupied houses, there should be a person in charge to be present on the premise to monitor the crew work to avoid any dissatisfaction.
The crews are NOT ALLOWED to use any harmful chemical for instance acidic or corrosive substances provided by the customers without the management knowledge. Extra charges will be imposed for acid cleaning.
Bamboo Crew does NOT guarantee the removal of stains such as rust, mildew, or others caused by hard water build-up or lack of maintenance.
If the Customer requires a special task to be carried out, please list down the priority of the task to the crew prior to commencing the work in order to prevent misunderstanding. We shall not liable if a task were to perform that requires more time whereby the standard jobs cope unable to complete on time.
All areas are expected to be free of clutter.
We require to be informed of items or surfaces needing special care.
We are NOT responsible for damage due to fault and/or improper installation of any item.
All surfaces (i.e. marble, granite, hardwood floors, etc.) are assumed sealed and ready to clean without causing harm.
Furniture on wood floors is assumed to have proper protection.
At times due to heavy traffic, slippery road conditions, and security queues, customers should anticipate delays in the arrival of our crew between 15 to 30 mins.
Notice
The cleaning area is limited to 3000sq ft and is subject to the workload amount & time frame.
We only clean windows and blinds that can be reached with a 3-step ladder or a maximum height of 8 feet. If a customer requires high-level cleaning, our management must be informed prior to requesting cleaning services. Additional charges shall be imposed for bringing a ladder or high-level cleaning.
For safety, no other jobs should be done while we are cleaning.
The presence of other workers or an excess of people in the house might cause the estimated cleaning time to be inaccurate.
Having other work done in a house while our teams are working might affect the cost and time needed to complete the cleaning to your satisfaction.
No heavy furniture will be moved.
Customers are not allowed to utilize Bamboo crews for cleaning other houses or facilities differing from the booking. If required, management should be informed and charges will be imposed.
High-rise cleaning should be informed to management ( more than 10 feet high). The crew has the right to reject any cleaning that deems unsafe with the condition and the equipment provided by the owner.
Customers are not allowed to hold the crew more than 15mins after the arrival of their pickup because it may affect the sequence for the next drop-off. We strongly suggest to owners that any unsatisfied task should be informed to the crew at least 30mins prior to finishing the given slot time.
Customers should not use any verbal or physical aggression on the crew. Any dissatisfaction behavior by our crew should be informed to the management.
We shall not condone any sexual harassment towards our staff and legal action will be taken.
Extra charges of RM30 per hour shall be imposed if cleaning is required after 9:00 PM.
RM30 is charged per crew per hour for ad-hoc hours addition.
In the event of any mishap happening to our crew during the cleaning, immediately contact us.
Any theft or accidental items damaged by our crew should be informed to our management immediately for a further thorough investigation.
Please be advised that dogs have to be leashed for us to allow our crew to perform their duty.
Please be informed our driver will only wait for 5-10 minutes for the arrival of a customer. We will not allow any extension of time or refund if the DELAY is caused by the customer. We shall NOT refund if there is any last-minute cancellation.
