Recently booked their cleaning service for my mom’s house, 4 cleaners for 4 hours, and I’m very satisfied! From visiting their office to booking and the actual service, everything was smooth and organised. The cleaners arrived and started immediately, were very detailed, followed every instruction, and happily fulfilled a few requests with a smile. 😊 Lovely, professional and hardworking team. I had scheduled a cleaning appointment for 11 July, but due to an administrative mistake, it was recorded for the wrong date. After I contacted the company, they acknowledged the mistake, apologized, and worked with me to find a solution. I appreciate that they took responsibility and made the effort to resolve the issue, which changed my overall impression of the company. The cleaning service itself was excellent. Endah was professional, punctual, and very thorough. She paid close attention to detail and cleaned every corner of the house with great care. The quality of her work exceeded my expectations, and I was genuinely impressed with the results. While the initial booking experience could have been handled better, I am happy with the way the company resolved the issue and with the excellent cleaning service provided.
