Recently booked their cleaning service for my mom’s house, 4 cleaners for 4 hours, and I’m very satisfied!

From visiting their office to booking and the actual service, everything was smooth and organised. The cleaners arrived and started immediately, were very detailed, followed every instruction, and happily fulfilled a few requests with a smile. 😊

Lovely, professional and hardworking team. The house was left really clean. Excellent service and highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The kakak who came in today is Ana and she’s excellent. Very genuine and hardworking lady. Paid for general cleaning but it felt like she did deep cleaning for us

My experience did not start well because there was an error with my booking. I had scheduled a cleaning appointment for 11 July, but due to an administrative mistake, it was recorded for the wrong date.

After I contacted the company, they acknowledged the mistake, apologized, and worked with me to find a solution. I appreciate that they took responsibility and made the effort to resolve the issue, which changed my overall impression of the company.

The cleaning service itself was excellent. Endah was professional, punctual, and very thorough. She paid close attention to detail and cleaned every corner of the house with great care. The quality of her work exceeded my expectations, and I was genuinely impressed with the results.

While the initial booking experience could have been handled better, I am happy with the way the company resolved the issue and with the excellent cleaning service provided. Thank you, Endah, for your professionalism and hard work.

I recently booked a home cleaning service and was very pleased with the results. One of their cleaners was friendly, professional, and incredibly thorough. My home was left spotless, fresh, and well-organized, and I could tell great care was taken throughout the cleaning process.
While there was a delay in arrival due to the weather, the quality of the service more than made up for it. The cleaner worked diligently and did an excellent job. I would definitely use this service again and recommend it to others looking for a reliable cleaning service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
